Are you licensed and insured?
Heritage Building Services LLC is a registered Washington limited liability company and carries liability coverage. We send a certificate of insurance to your property manager or general contractor before the first visit, and we will send one to anyone in your organization who needs it on file.
How much does cleaning cost?
We quote per job rather than publishing a price list, because square footage on its own predicts almost nothing. A 2,000 square foot office with two restrooms and a break room is a completely different job than a 2,000 square foot warehouse floor. Every quote includes a free walkthrough, because that is the only way to price access hours, floor types, and traffic honestly.
What areas do you cover?
We cover 33 communities across King County: Auburn, Baring, Bellevue, Black Diamond, Bothell, Burton, Carnation, Duvall, Enumclaw, Fall City, Federal Way, Hobart, Issaquah, Kenmore, Kent, Kirkland, Maple Valley, Medina, Mercer Island, North Bend, Pacific, Preston, Ravensdale, Redmond, Redondo, Renton, Sammamish, Seahurst, Seattle, Skykomish, Snoqualmie, Vashon, and Woodinville. Our Bellevue coverage includes Clyde Hill, Hunts Point, Yarrow Point, and Beaux Arts Village; Seahurst covers Burien; Auburn covers Algona. We are a mobile service, so if you are just outside that list it is worth asking rather than assuming.
Do you speak Spanish?
Yes. Quotes, written scopes, scheduling, and day-to-day communication all happen in English or Spanish, whichever you prefer. The whole site exists in both languages for the same reason.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, on every account. If your building requires specific products — a mandated disinfectant, or a particular finish for your floors — we use yours instead and note it in the scope.
Can you clean after hours or on weekends?
Almost all of our work is after hours, before opening, or between shifts, and weekends are available. Tell us your access hours at the walkthrough and we build the schedule around them rather than around ours.
What if I am not satisfied with a visit?
Call within 24 hours and we come back and redo the area. That applies to every service and every client. It costs us less to fix a visit than to lose an account, and it is the right thing to do regardless.
Do you require a contract?
Not a long one. Janitorial and day porter accounts have a written scope so both sides know what was agreed, but they run month to month. One-time work — post-construction, deep cleans, turnovers — has no contract at all beyond the scope you approve.
Do you clean carpets or windows on the exterior?
We vacuum and maintain carpeted areas as part of regular service, and we clean interior glass. Deep carpet extraction and exterior window work are specialist trades — we will tell you that rather than take the job and subcontract it without saying so.
How do I get started?
Send the quote form, call (206) 492-3471 or (206) 496-2032, or message us on WhatsApp at (206) 730-5477. All three reach the owner. The next step is always a walkthrough, scheduled inside your access hours.
Get a real quote, not a guess.
Tell us about the space and we will come back with a written scope and a number. No obligation, and no pressure if the answer turns out to be no.
