Bellevue condo associations frequently publish a move-out cleaning standard, and it is usually stricter than a landlord walkthrough — common corridor protection, elevator pads, and a specific finish on the unit. Send us the HOA document with the quote request and we will clean to it rather than to a generic checklist.

About Bellevue

Bellevue holds the densest concentration of corporate office space outside downtown Seattle, and the standard in those towers is unforgiving — a Class A lobby gets noticed the moment it slips. Away from downtown, Somerset and Bridle Trails are large single-family homes where an honest clean is most of a day. Our Bellevue coverage also includes Clyde Hill, Hunts Point, Yarrow Point, and Beaux Arts Village, where the lakefront properties are larger again and the access rules are stricter.

This coverage also includes: Beaux Arts Village · Clyde Hill · Hunts Point · Yarrow Point

What move-in & move-out cleaning covers

Gas stovetop burners wiped clean after deep cleaning

A move-out clean has a specific audience: the person holding your deposit, or the tenant walking in tomorrow. Both of them open the same drawers and look in the same corners.

Heritage cleans empty units end to end — inside every cabinet and closet, inside the appliances, the tracks, the blinds, the baseboards. Because the space is unfurnished, we get to the surfaces that are permanently covered in an occupied home.

We handle both directions. Moving out, we clean to the condition report. Moving in, we clean before your furniture arrives, so the place is genuinely yours from the first night instead of something you inherited.

Common questions

When should the unit be cleaned?

After the last box is out and before the walkthrough. An empty unit cleans faster, cleans better, and does not need a second visit for the closet the movers were still using.

Will this get my deposit back?

Cleaning is the part of a deposit inspection we control, and we clean to that standard. Damage, paint, and repairs are a separate conversation with your landlord — we will not pretend otherwise.

Do you clean the garage, patio, or storage unit?

We can. They are priced separately because they are usually a different kind of work — sweeping, cobwebs, and oil rather than surfaces. Mention them when you request the quote.

How much notice do you need?

A few days is comfortable. End of month is the busiest window in every city we serve, so if your lease ends on the 31st, ask early.
